It has been two years since my last solo release. It's been a crazy ride, from leaving all behind in Seattle to coming to live my dream in Portland, OR; to losing an album and a half's worth of material on a crashed hard drive. Either way I've grown a lot, experienced tons, and have seen a definite shift in the way I approach music. My new album is nearing completion, I'm not going to title it or set a date yet, because who knows what could happen, but it's coming and it's leaps beyond what I've done in the past. I am also very proud of the features I have rounded up on this one, as well as the production.

My good friend LEVEL has been handling a lot of production on the new record and recently out of inspiration remixed the Two Weeks instrumental by Grizzly Bear. (yeah, yeah, we're biters, but expect little to no samples on this new album). I being a fan of the song immediately started writing to it. The outcome was an almost 3 minute explanation of myself and where I'm at now as well as some reflection on my career thus far.
